What materials can we use for outer gift boxes+
We offer art paper, corrugated board, grey board, cardboard, etc. Choice depends on product, market and budget.

Can you provide environmentally friendly materials+
Yes, FSC-certified paper, recycled paper, soy ink, and compliance with regulations such as EU Packaging Directive.
II. MOQ & Lead Time
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)+
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is typically determined by the material and the complexity of the craftsmanship. For standard designs, the MOQ is typically 500 pieces. For high-end custom boxes requiring complex craftsmanship (such as hot stamping or embossing), the MOQ may be higher. Specific quantities are negotiable.
How long does the production cycle take+
Usually 20–25 working days after confirmation. It depends on the complexity and quantity of the order. After the order is confirmed and the advance payment is received, we will make a detailed production schedule for you.
What is the proofing process and cost+
We strongly recommend making samples before starting mass production. We will charge a sample fee (depending on the complexity of the sample) and will refund or deduct the fee from the purchase price after the bulk order is confirmed. The sample production cycle usually takes 5-7 business days.

Can you provide custom design services+
Yes, our design team provides one-stop service from idea to finished box.
Can you add cushioning inserts+
Yes, EVA, foam, paper trays, plastic brackets etc., customized to product shape.
IV. Pricing & Payment
What is the payment method+
We usually use T/T (telegraphic transfer) as payment method. The common payment ratio is: 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment before shipment. For regular customers or orders with larger amounts, we can negotiate more flexible payment methods.
Is shipping included in the price+
Quotes are EXW or FOB. We can recommend forwarders and arrange logistics if needed.
How do you control packaging costs+
By optimizing material choice, simplifying processes, using standard sizes, and adjusting order quantities.

We design for shock resistance, use strong board, and test with drop & compression tests before shipment.
