Beauty Creations Inc., a renowned American cosmetics company, planned to launch a high-end Christmas advent calendar containing 12 beauty products to capture the 2023 holiday consumer market. The core requirements were clear: the packaging needed to combine high-end visual quality with rich color expression, highlighting the two core design elements of the Christmas tree and the sika deer. Dongguan Lemon Paper Packaging Co., Ltd., leveraging its expertise in high-end packaging design and production, successfully undertook the project, providing a comprehensive solution.

• Box shape innovation: Christmas tree-shaped box-in-box structure

Focusing on the client's core "Christmas Tree" element, the design team innovatively adopted a Christmas tree-shaped box-in-box design. The outer layer, with its lifelike Christmas tree silhouette as the main visual element, is uniquely shaped and highly three-dimensional, conveying the holiday theme while instantly establishing a high-end perception. The inner box is dedicated to product storage, achieving a deep fusion of creative expression and practical functionality.

• Materials and craftsmanship: details create high-end texture

To achieve the core goal of "high-end atmosphere", the project has achieved multiple upgrades in material selection and process application:
-Base and mounting paper: We use ultra-thick 1500gsm cardboard as the base of the box to ensure that the box body is straight and durable; the interior is mounted with paper technology to make the inside and outside of the box present a unified pink background, avoiding the separation of the internal and external textures and enhancing the overall refinement.

- Printing and Lamination: The face paper is made of 157g double-sided coated paper. CMYK four-color + one spot color printing accurately reproduces design details such as the sika deer, achieving rich color levels; the surface is covered with a matte film to enhance the delicate touch and improve the wear resistance of the packaging.

- Superposition of distinctive techniques: UV technology is used to enhance the gloss and layering of the pattern, rose gold hot stamping technology adds details to enhance the sense of luxury, and embossing technology gives the packaging a textured touch. The synergy of multiple processes allows the packaging to meet high-end standards in both visual and tactile aspects.

- Inner tray design: The inner tray is customized using environmentally friendly EVA mounted printed cardboard, and is precisely slotted according to the sizes of 12 products to ensure that each product is firmly fixed and can be easily taken out.
